He also worked for Homestead for a period of ten years, which is a street children organization in Cape Town. |

Mark WilliamsSocial Development Field Workermark@capetowncid.co.za 021 419 1881 For the last eight months Mark has worked as a social development field worker for the CCID. He is not office-bound, is not compelled to work office hours but is on call 24 hours a day. Mark’s job is to find out from those begging or sleeping rough what needs they may have, why and for how long they have been living on the street and whether he can refer them to the relevant services. Ideally, he would like to convince them to return home. |
