Sarel is currently busy studying security risk management through Unisa. Before joining the CCID he was site manager at Iziko Museums. He enjoys cycling, hiking and any other outdoor activities, but very importantly loves walking the streets of CBD and being involved in the positive changes within the Central City.

Mmiselo Ntsime

Mmiselo Ntsime is the Precinct Manager of precinct 4, also known as The Fringe district. Mmiselo brings his proactive urban management and stakeholder engagement expertise to the area, helping coordinate CCID’s efforts to assist the The Fringe area to find its feet as a nexus for Cape Town’s renown creative industries. Previously a part of the city in the grip of urban decay, Mmselo has seen a slow but steady increase in the number of businesses and entrepreneurs setting up in the area. Mmiselo joined the CCID after several years at Deloitte where he worked in project management, and before that as a business manager at PC Training.
