The Partnership focuses on attracting domestic and foreign investment into the Central City by networking with property owners, developers, brokers, investors and bankers as well as with statutory planning authorities.

Unprecedented levels of property and economic development are taking place in the Central City and originate from both the public and private sectors.

Although many of these initiatives are driven by the 2010 process, most are the result of still favourable property market conditions, positive perceptions about the future of the Central City and the existence of a strong working relationship between the public and private sectors.
